Rolly's Ride 2023 | Medium Hard | 7.00 am - 1.00pm | 124 Km | N/A | 203 | $0.00 | BOOK NOW |
Yes folks, it's on the 2nd Saturday in May! This is the yearly SCC ride that commemorates Rolly, our much missed fellow cyclist and friend.
It’s also an opportunity to raise awareness and some money for Headspace Katoomba (this year’s NFP organisation we are going to support). They conduct school visits in the Blue Mountains, talking to students about suicide prevention and providing direct mental health services to young people in need.
Feel free to complete as many or as few of the 5 stages.
You can join the ride at any stage:
Stage 1 Katoomba (7.00am) 37.2 Km (RIDE GRADE: MEDIUM)
Stage 2 Springwood (8.15am) 24.3 Km (RIDE GRADE: MEDIUM/HARD)
Stage 3 Richmond (9.30 am) 11.9 Km (RIDE GRADE: EASY)
Stage 4 Windsor (10.30am) 27.5 Km (RIDE GRADE: MEDIUM/HARD)
Stage 5 Emu Plains (11.50am) 19.5 Km (RIDE GRADE: MEDIUM/HARD)

This year Rolly’s Ride will be managed by Ride Blue Mountains, our local Bicycle User Group (BUG) under the supervision of a Bicycle NSW Ride Leader.
