Share the Path event and Parklands Loop Easy Medium 7:30am 30km N/A 15 $0.00 BOOK NOW

This is a reasonably slow 30km ride, mostly on shared path.  We'll start off at Rooty Hill station (North Pde side, meet near the lift) and head down the M7 shared path to the M7 control centre where the 'Westlink M7 Share the Path Community Event' is taking place - including free BBQ breakfast, coffee, bike tune-ups and a tour of the control centre. (See

We'll then head back up to the northern section of the Western Sydney Parklands, and do a figure-of-8 loop and end up back at Rooty Hill station - via the kiosk at Nurragingy Reserve if anyone wants more food or beverages.

See for the anticipated route.  Note that a couple of sections of this route are on unsealed tracks.  If they are too wet to comfortably ride we'll modify the route to suit.

Car parking available near the starting point if you'd prefer to drive.

Please try and register for the ride using Buncheur.  From past experience, there are a few steps in the process that need to occur which aren't always the most intuitive or obvious. See the notes at to guide you through the process.   If unsuccessful, please text or call to let me know that you're planning to come;  I'll have the old paper sign-on sheet available! On the day entries accepted if we haven't reached capacity - but I'd prefer to know before hand so I can contact you in case plans change.
