            Description

            Starting from Epping - up the street from the western side of the station - head west to Carlingford using quite backstreets. At Carlingford join the shared path and ride 5.5km down hill to UWS exit.Drop down to the PVC and continue west to Parramatta Park , optional laps of the park. Coffee at the park or Parra CBD. Using George Street to leave Parramatta, link up with the light rail path back to UWS. Then join PVC shared path back to Meadowbank. End at Meadowbank station to catch the train back to Epping.

            Notes: Coffee in Parramatta.
