Description
A 37 km medium ride with some sections on busy roads. Riders must be confident on busy roads. Ride starts at Admiral Nelson Motel and goes to Anna Bay, through some quiet back streets before joining the busy Nelson Bay Road for a couple of kilometres before turning off and heading for Anna Bay and Birubi Beach. From Birubi Beach, route returns to Anna Bay, a short ride along the Nelson Bay Road and back, returning via the busy and relatively narrow Port Stephens Drive. Opposite Bunnings, there is a side trip to Taylors Beach. Route returns to Port Stephens Drive and heads back to Nelson Bay via Corlette. Toilets at Birubi Beach and Taylors Beach.
