Description
Head west along the PVC and the M4 cycleway (under M4) to visit the picturesque lakes of Mirambeena Regional Park at Lansdowne. Either take a coffee break at Canley Vale and return the same way or head on for an early lunch break at Liverpool Plaza before returning on the Liverpool Rail Trail and M4 Cycleway.
The route is largely on cyclepaths, some onroad cycleways and quiet back streets. The terrain is generally flat with occasional small rises.
In summer the ride can be very hot. Riders should bring plenty of water and food for sustenance enroute.
