Description
From North Sydney we use cycle route to Milson's Point - cycle lane on Harbour Bridge, loop through Millers Point, Darling Harbour, Central Station, Redfern, Waterloo then East Sydney and Tumberlong Park - outdoor photography exhibition. through south and east Sydney (Stop The art stops will differ depending on what is on exhibition but may Object Gallery (craft/design gallery) and National Art School Gallery (drawing & painting) or if soemthing is on at the State Art Gallery - returns to North Sydney via the Rocks and Harbour Bridge.
Notes: Art stop will the State Library. There are two exhibitions on 'Dyarubbin' Darug people story of the Hawkesbury River and the real 'secret river'. There is also a Press Photography exhibition on at the state library.The ride will end at Observatory Hill - option to visit the art exhibition 'Tree of Life' at the SH Ervin Gallery (has an entry fee). (Close to Milsons Point station to get home)as the gallery stops are in the city, the route will be amended take in more harbour foreshore including the newly opened part of Barangaroo and CBD cycleways.
