continue UP to Dover Heights, DOWN to Bondi and Bronte, UP to Bondi Junction (total 44km, +600M). Riders can then catch a train to town, or ...
continue to Centennial Park, Entertainment Quarter, Central (exit option), Obs Hill (total 57km, +710M).
After the first flat 5+km, this route suits only e-bikers, mountain-goats, and masochists (even just to Watsons Bay). No long climbs, but plenty of sharp ones. Please don't come if you can't climb "enthusiastically".
Coffee stop near Rose Bay Wharf after 21km, with maybe a second refreshment stop at Bondi Junction.
Some parts of the route are on paths and backstreets, but some parts have traffic and riders must be OK with vehicles passing.
Several loo/water options on the route. Rail-bail options early, and ferry-bail options after 15, 17, 21 and 29km. Plenty of photo stops.
Bring a bike in good working order, puncture repair equipment, water, sunscreen.
