[BayBUG] Concord to Lake Parramatta Easy Medium 07:00 am 45 km N/A 12 $0.00 BOOK NOW

This Sunday we will be heading to Lake Parramatta.  Starting from Concord we will head through Sydney Olympic Park to Silverwater and onto the M4 cycleway.  The ride will follow the cycleway to Holroyd, where we will take to the roads and head into Parramatta Park from the south.  After a quick loop of the park we will take to the roads around the park and past BankWest Stadium, into North Parramatta and onto the lake.  Morning tea will be had at the lake before returning to Concord via the Parramatta Valley Cycleway, Meadowbank and Rhodes.

The ride is graded easy/medium and most of the ride will be on shared cyclepaths.  Take note though that the portion of the ride around Parramatta that is on-road is on well trafficked roads.  The total distance is 45 km with an expected average speed of 18 km/h.  We expect to see a pace just above 20 km/h where conditions allow.

This ride will be restricted to a maximum of 12 people (including the ride leader).  All riders must be fully vaccinated and you will be asked to present proof of meeting these requirements prior to the ride start.  You will be required to carry the proof of vaccination and carry a mask with you on the ride as well.
