Description


Ride with significant hills, mostly on back roads, through to the Spit, Wakehurst Parkway and Beacon Hill to Long Reef Lookout. Return south along coast through Balgowlah, The Spit Bridge to start.

Notes: Flat sections may be ridden 25kmh or above, however the overall average will target the lower end of Moderate (19kmh). Optional - riders may choose to finish at Manly Wharf and catch the Ferry to Circular Quay, followed by a train back to the start. This is a good option if it is a hot day.
