Description
From Eastwood station we discover the narrow cycle lane along Vimiera road, then the off-road cycleway through the park towards Mq Uni. After riding through the Uni we travel a few back streets before finding ourselves on the cycleway under De Burghs Bridge and into Lane Cove Park. The descent into the park is great fun though not steep enough to make it too difficult when we turn around and come back up the hill.
After retracing a few back streets we use the Shrimptons Creek cycleway and then quiet back roads to arrive at the motor registry on Blaxland Rd. After just a few hundred metres along Blaxland rd we again join backroads and wend our way to the Denistone Park Lookout for a short rest, before continuing past Ryde hospital and back to Eastwood station for a well deserved refreshment break.

Notes: An easy medium ride through Lane Cove Park before the picnic crowds start arriving. Riders should be comfortable with riding on roads. Cancelled if raining.
