Description


A ride that takes the M7 to the Parkland Track, heading past Nurragingy Reserve, then back on the M7 to Quakers Hill, takes the greenway through the Ponds to Rouse Hill then the greenway continues to Bella Vista Farm from where we head back to Seven Hills station. We stop at Rouse Hill for a coffee break.
